7 pounds more!

Hi Friends, Good news. I have lost an additional 7 lbs.! For the first time in two years, I was able to be weighed on a regular doctor's scale. Also, after my appointment, I went to K-Mart and was able to make it through the store without having to use an electric cart. It felt so good to go shopping on my own two feet. I am so happy right now. I just wanted to share this with my OH friends. Big Hugs, Rosa

Rosa, Congradulations !! My bet is still on for 3 months and you might even pass it. I just can't wait to see. Girl !! You made it threw K Mart!! WAHOO!!! Let me know when you are ready for the outlets. Last summer I set a goal to walk the biggest one. I made it but it was tough. I bet I could walk it twice now. Remember your window of oppurtunity.
