Foods and Moods.....(Again??)
Well its funny I finally get through some of the reading materials that I have picked up from support meetings this weekend and guess what I found...you got it...An article related to this very subject! I was so tickled pink to sit and read it! So I guess I should start reading the stuff as I pick it up instead of saving it for a few weeks until I stay put long enough to read it huh! Did you know that Carbs can be helpful in increasing relaxation states....Items such as pretzels, oatmeal tortillas, barley. Items with B-vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acids can help control cravings and decrease depression. Thanks for the handouts.....To everyone that brings them to meetings they are very good....even if I don't read them right away....I do get to them!
