My name is Chanel and I live in Wilmington, Delaware. I had my surgery done almost 4 years ago. I am now trying to get my tuck done and I have been told that NO insurance company will cover me, by a insurance company and a surgerant... I guess I would like to know can anyone help me or will I live with this exrta skin the rest of my life...
