Sometimes it feels like you are on autopilot. Other times it seems as if you need a jump start. So what drives you to keep going? Is it a goal, is it an urge, feeling, etc. You get my drift right? For me the drive is that long term goal that I set. I wonder though once I reach it what will I need to put in its place to keep the challenge going. Although perhaps it will entertain me for awhile with the loss going at a snails pace. I may have a few years to think about a new goal. Things I have in place to help with goal are exercise, eating properly, taking my vitamins (sometimes more than I should since I am trying to not have an deficiences with the calcuim) and enjoying life. Although I do get caught up with trying to fix everything in my life at one time. Its hard when you haven't paid much attention to yourself for years then finally realize that hey you are here and what have you done for you lately.....(Janet Jackson playing in the background). Now I am trying to do double time to catch up sorta like double dutch! LOL. Can you spell STRESS. I guess its a good stress. My planning work is coming along. Details.....so many! Its good to think about them and try and come up with how I can make my way. I know there is light at the end of this tunnel. And the party is right next door! So who is driving your bus? Food, Emotions, or You? Debbie

Remember Ellen you need a license to drive....And well EMOTIONS have been part of our makeup for a long time and we have probably ignored them for the most part so they have the wheel. But remember its a temporary thing.....I think once your hormones relax and take a spa treatment you will be fine. I think our first 12 months are tough with them. After that you should be in the drivers seat! Hugs and Fleece Blankets Debbie

Okay I have to ask... How many calories is this chew and how long does it last? Longer than food I hope and it does not put any pounds on. LOL You have a good weekend. I wish mine was a little happier. Grammy II is in hospital and they are about to operate on Monday. She has a growth in the intestinal area not sure if its cancer. I am concerned and worried. She has lived a long and hard life. I want to go and bring a smile to her face. So off I go to up state NJ. I hate riding in NJ. I get so lost there. Hey can someone get me a bus driver??? Debbie

Heres the way I have it figured ... IF you chew on something long enough, it becomes a calorie negative food ... now stay with me here ... figure it this way ... the chewing involed expends more calories than is in the item thus you end up with a calorie negative food. Hmmmm, think I am going to rush out and author my own diet book!!! *grin* I could make millions!!! ha ha ah ha Now for the serious stuff Debbie ... sorry to hear that your grammy is having a hard time again. You both will be in my thoughts and my prayers. Getting lost in Jersey ... I can't help you much there, I get lost in little poedunkville, right here!!! Would not even think about attempting Joysy!!!

This is the second Grammy.....The first one did pass away right before Christmas. I figured this one had a few more years ahead of her. She is the younger Grammy! Now about your book idea....hmmm I would serious think about the Bikini Bound Way to Life book....That negative calorie idea might catch on! Well I made my way back from joysy! No tomatoes. Not good for my tummy anyway! Now off to bed. I am beat! Hugs and lots of Fleece Blankets tonight! Debbie
