Photos for me too!
Hi Everyone,
Ellen's post earlier inspired me to learn to add photos. I went to the main board and got the instructions and I did it! Be warned however,I did not resize any of them so if you are on dial up it is going to take a while. I am going to teach myself how to resize pictures next week and go back and change them to something more manageable. I added photos of my daughters as well so those of you who have heard me talk about them in our support group meetings will get to meet them and see my inspiration. I also decided to add the worst picture I have of me at my highest weight. UGH!! But it is followed by a much happier version. Kind of like me.
Penny
Thanks Deb.
It only (only??)took me three hours to get it all together. I followed the directions that Pinalope}i{ post once a week. She recommends that you resize them before you save them to photo bucket. So I will give that a whirl and see how I do. This could be dangerous now that I know how to post pictures. I like having them on my profile. They have always been a source of inspiration to me on other peoples profile especially while I was waiting to get approved for the surgery.
I would never get my face painted before because I didn't want to draw attention to myself. But this year I was looking forward to it. I also enjoyed Disney so much more without carrying around all that excess weight. Life is good.
Penny, Your pictures are great and your two daughters are so beautiful. They are so lucky to have a super mom like you and now they will have you for a much longer time. Hopefully you can mold their young lifes to a healthy way of like. Wish I had done this surgery a while ago. Hope I am not too late for my 20 year old.
Love, Ellen
