Camden Support Group Meeting

Hi everyone! Kevin has been really busy and asked me to let you all know that the next meeting for the Camden Support Group will be on Monday, February 13 at 7 pm. We will be meeting at the YMCA in Dover in the Green Room. The staff at the YMCA will be talking about the benefits of exercise. They will be introducing us to the equipment and explaining programs that may fit into our lifestyles. If you are interested in joining the Y they will waive the sign-up fee. You are not obligated to join in any way but it is good to see what is out there for us. Hope to see you all there! Lisa
