I am FREAKING NORMAL!!!!

After being on a plateau for almost 2 months I got on the scale this morning to find I had dropped 4 lbs. My scale also measures BMI. It doesn't say exactly what it is, it just puts a mark where you are. It goes from ++ to + to O to -. That O represents normal weight. Not over, not under but NORMAL. I'm freaking NORMAL! ME? weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! And to top that off, I sing on the stage of Carnegie Hall two weeks from tomorrow and today I bought the most fabulously expensive dress in a size 16 for the performance. A size 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (This time last year I was in a size 30). Am I feeling good? Oh yeah, I'm feeling good I'm feeling darn good. Gigee

I am doing very well. Thanks for asking. Down 115 lbs. I have 9 more to lose to get to my goal. I feel wonderful, healthy and energetic. Still dumping on artifical sweetners so I don't go anywhere near real sugar. I bought my first pair of jeans at the GAP last week - Size 12! I started at a size 24. Had a great time shopping with my girls, they also bought their first pair of grown up GAP jeans at the same time size 0 and 1. I cried in the dressing room. Happy tears of course. I have to get a new picture up on my profile. Make sure you bring back some pictures of you in your great new dress. Penny

You are doing awesome!!! I hope to see you sometime soon and yes! Get a new picture up! A size 12! I have so much excess skin now that I don't think i'm going to get in a much smaller size unless I have it cut off. The parts of me without that excess..well, you can feel bones so I think that is my next step I have a new messageboard pic in transit somewhere, hopefully it will be updated soon.
