it was awesome to see and meet you....................kathy and rob and elissa who i know already...you brought alot of info to the aston support meeting and me and monica will be coming down to your support meeting in DE.....let me know what the best one is to go to and we will work it in......deb we missed you........thanks again....you guys bring alot to the table and your success and the way you share it is what it is all about...i really enjoyed everything you added and i know everybody took something with them.

Sorry I missed it....Bad timing I guess. But I got a good work out and that is what counts right? Its nice to get together and share experiences. Last night's meeting was by a plastic surgeon that works out of PA Hospital and Paoli. I got a great book to read on what to do and look for in plastic surgery. Seems I have a lot of research ahead of me. I was glad I went to that meeting and so was the girl that was next to me....she was just going through the hoops for surgery and she has my hottie surgeon...Dr. Kirkland! Its funny how I feel like an old hat at this stuff now and I am only 19 mos out. She was telling me she gave up soda, staying far away from McDonald's and other vices. I told her that is good it will help her with the surgery if she can do that now. She wanted to know about protein shakes...its funny how I never realized how much talking to others helped me. I hope that the information I offer helps others. Pay back time is here I guess. I have to say it was one of the more friendlier meetings that I have been to down there. Things are definitely changing for the best! Tom I should be able to make your next meeting. I have to say I always like to go home....(PA Hospital) I like to see the changes that they are making to the program. We have all come along way and what a wonderful way! Hi Tom, I have been looking for a support meeting in DE. and was wondering where some are. How can I find them? or do you you know of a contact person. I havent had surgery yet and dont know if you can go to the meetings until you've had surgery but I wanted to check one out. Thanks Sharon

Honey, it's encouraged that you attend at least one support meeting BEFORE surgery. It's part of the research process. Talking face-to-face with those who've gone before you is the best research you can do! Gives you great insight on what to expect. Will I get to meet you Monday at the PMRI Meeting?

Hi Dineen, Yessss, I want to go to this meeting. I have to get directions though and can I just walk in or do I need to call someone? Is it by the Christiana Hospital? It doesnt say a time. Can you tell me? Thanks. Sharon
