I spoke with Kenn a few moments ago. He was sitting at Christiana waiting to be admitted. His ulcers really kicked in bad today. He was able to see Dr. Irgau who immediately admitted him. They are going to try to get this under control for him since his surgery is not until the 13th. Kenn can really use our prayers, love and support. As I hung up with him they were letting him know his room was ready. So I do not have room number at this time. I will post it when I find it out. Until then, feel free to call the hospital and talk to him. His stay could be over night or through the weekend. They do not know yet. Let's put on your support britches and surround him with support. He's had such a go of things and has remained so upbeat and positive. But in it all, he needs us, now more than ever. Love you guys! Hi Gigee, Thanks for the post. I send my prayers and love out to Kenn. I met him at the WLS picnic and he was just doing everything to make it a success, which it was! Do you know how to send e-mails to someone in the hospital? I got some while I was hospitalized post op for problems and it is a source of encouragement. If you know how e-mail and let me know. Take care. Prycey Lady RNY 2/2/05 373/220/where I stop nobody knows

Thanks Gigee,Prycey Lady and Sharon H. and all those who sent well wishes. I finally got home on Sunday, the nurses were all great there, they remembered me from the last time i was their, how could they ever forget me, lol. I drove them crazy for 5 weeks. If you tried calling me or if i was talking wacky, you can blame modern pain medicine for that. I am home recovering until i go back in on the 13th of Feb, Two weeks from today! Keep the prayers flowing this way, i am sure getting a little nervious now! Oh! This recent visit was a RESULT OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH PROTONEX, because my insurance company said it was too expensive, they would only cover one month of it. I had one of the worst attacks in my life from the ulcers, imagine a heart attack x 5. Now you know what kind of PAIN i am talking about. 3 consecutive shots of Diladid didnt even touch the pain. Thanks to Dr Ergau & Dr Peter's, they really took great care of me. Later guys! Kenn
