Hello all today is my 1 yr. anniversary from having my surgery. Boy time seems to have went by fast, sometimes it seems like just yesterday. I am down a total of 104 pounds, it does not seem like much compared to others but it is 104 pounds less then what I did way. WOW moment the other day my youngest son he is 9 he could give me a hug around tummy area and put his arms around me and his hands touched. He said yeah mommy I can hug you now. it was the sweetest thing. Christie 370/266/???

Congratulations!!! A wonderful year has past and you have seen over 100 pounds disappear for good. Be proud of yourself. That is alot. The next 6 months are really critical to get in the exercise and lots of fluids. Being able to have those special moments with your children are always the best. Weight loss is always subjective to lots of different criteria. Check with your surgeon and nutritionist if you have a concern. Many people are still loosing after 2 years. (Look at Linda LB and Elissa). As for myself I lost 93 pounds all in the first 9 months or so and haven't lost anything since. I've maintained since June but I guess that is about it for me. I am pleased but know that I, too, could be exercising alot more. Happy birthday to you, God bless, Pastor Faye
