OT.....Need housing help

Hi all, Sorry I don't get on the boards very often. Life has been pretty crazy for me. To the point......I am looking for "affordable" housing in North Wilmington near Concord High School.....3 bedrooms. Needed as soon as possible. Aside from that, I am not losing (or gaining) any weight. I have been maintaining my protein and water intake, but not doing much else. Just trying to stay above water in everyday life. looking to rent 3 bedrooms within walking distance of Concord High School.

Ken. Have you looked at Londonderry and Stratford Apts across from Target. I think the rent for 1 bedroom is around $900.00 I bet 3 bedrooms are over $1000.00. OUCH. You might look at Winterset also. Some of the newer places are pretty nice there. Other than that single family home rentals are usually up over $1200 in Brandywine Hundred. Good luck to you. Elissa
