Deb, I crash early. Usually around 9:30. I just can't hang any more. Course I'm up at 5am. Shower, teeth brushed, hair washed, dressed and ready to go. Now that I've found the puter I have a place to go. My butt is happy not to sit in that bed. It was really getting old. My 2nd roomie had hottie surgeon. I overheard them chatting that morning. He was in and she was going to be his 1st surgery. She is 2 yrs out and had a possible bowel twist. I thought she'd come back to the room after surgery, but she was sent somewhere else. We did get about 15 minutes to talk before she went up. Who knows, maybe I'll run into him yet. He is quite the celebrity DR here. I'll just hang out here for awhile. No fleece blankets needed, the meds keep you very warm. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Being his first patient is not a good thing...sounds like she may have problems that take awhile for him to do. What he told me was patients that need extra time go first.....I hope she faired okay. Okay maybe I don't want to have a problem that would require Hottie Surgeon to be at my beckon call....Its a nice fantasy though! Can you share the drugs? I am still cold. Debbie

You have made my day E!!! So good to see that the computer was connected to the net after all!!!! So good to "see" you as well! A person can tell everyone how someone is doing, but when they see the actual person posting while STILL in the hospital ... well, that is a whole 'nother story!!! You crack me up girl!!! Think I am going to have to nickname you "Wonder Woman" "... now where did I put that cape & costume - (size 12 of course)???" Now about being another pretty face ... ummmm ... it is my understanding that a prerequisite to get into the PT field you have to be somewhat of a masochist!!! And you said it yourself, you are dealing with the cream of the crop there .... So we can't blame the pain on you purdy face girlie! I think they realized that they have a youngin and a live wire and are using up their monthly quota on ya!!! Sure hope you have put your foot down (pun intended ) and have refused to do any more of thier laundry!!! Geesh!!!
