ONE MORE DAY

Hello my Delaware friends, Well I made it through today without eating any small children or animals. Stuck with my clear liquids. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Now I have only tomorrow. We will be heading up to the Holiday Inn in Newark near the hospital, and will meet my mom, dad, oldest sister, and friend Thom there. Hopefully they will keep me busy enough that I don't notice the dang clear liquid diet! And then bright and early Tuesday morning I will be heading to Christiana Hospital at 5 a.m. I will be taking my laptop with me and hope to post tomorrow night, but just in case I don't get the chance, I want to thank you all for your prayers and support. Can't wait to see you on the losing side!!! Rosa

Lots of good luck. You are lucky to have your family staying so close by. Enjoy the day even though you could get all your liquids in by just opening your mouth outside Stay positive and tomorrow will be a wonderful new beginning for you. Ellen

Hi Rose, I'm so happy for you as you embark on your journey to rebirth and because I was in the same place as you are one year ago I had some of the same feelings you have experienced but you have made it through the worst. Now life will only get better for you, trust me. You have the best surgeons in the world caring for you and God will direct their hands as they perform your surgery because they are truly good people who want to help those who suffer from obesity. As the others have said just walk, sip and breathe. This will help you to get up and around. Hope I will get the opportunity to meet you one day soon. See you on the loser's bench! Rosa, We all wish you the very best this week. You'll do just fine. Congratulations on sticking with the liquid diet. The more you follow the "rules" the better you will be. Be sure to sip, walk, sip, walk, sip. and if you lack something to do take another walk around the nurses station. Enjoy your time with your family and God Bless You on the journey to health!!!! God Bless, Pastor Faye
