I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!!!!!

I made it to onederland!!!!! I had my 9 month checkup with Dr. Wynn yesterday and weighed in at 199.6!!!! I'm now down 110 pounds. The plateau's have been frustrating me and I've worked my tail off to get here!!!! I was concerned I was able to consume too much food, but Dr. Wynn told me I'm right where I should be, and it's natural to begin the plateau's after the 6 month mark. My next goal is to be at 175 by my one year mark in April. Wish me luck!! Joni 309/199/140

Joni, I am so proud of you. That is sooooooooooo great. I know about those plateaus. Just when I get frustrated another pound or two will come off. I am down 90 lbs now (at 7 months) and feeling great. We should try to get together. You and Jenn should try to come to some of the support meetings. The people there are super and you wouldn't have to go through some the frustrations alone. ((hugs)) Ellen

Joni, Congradulations !!! I am also 9 months out and have lost 117 lbs. I have had many platuas and can eat about the same as you. So glad all is normal. I had the same thoughts on eating to much. I want to be 180lbs by a year out. I have 48 lbs to go. I am really working hard and want to be in good shape for I am having hernia repair with a T/T in May. I will be rooting for us both.
