Harrington Support Group

Good morning all, Just a reminder that the Harrington Support Group will be meeting this week on Thursday, January 19th at Harrington Volunteer Fire Company 20 Clark Street Harrington, Delaware 7-9 p.m. Deanna will be there from Southern Delaware Physical Theropy to discuss the inportance of exercise after WLS. She has had gastric bypass surgery herself. I really hope to have a good turn out so please come if you can and support others and yourself. This is a new year so lets make the best of it and get that exercise in and attend support groups Hope to see all there. See all lighter. Joanne

Hi Joanne....I am really excited about Thursday night!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that my husband will not have any overtime...so I will be able to make it!!!!! This will be my first meeting and I just want to listen to everyone talk about their experiences or whatever... I can't wait.....shaughnessy
