Fridays Reality Check
Okay ... I pulled myself up by the bootstaps, dusted off and am back at it.
¼ cup oatmeal mud wanna be
1 egg
½ cup chilli
¼ cup nappa cabbage salad
1 sf chocolate covered cherry
Protein Shake with light soy milk 30gms
¼ cup chilli
½ grapefruit & ½ dozen grapes
1 oz cheese
Protein Shake 24 gms
All my water and vitamins!!!
ok let me see if i can remember what I had today

D Slice of Pizza
S a few choc covered pretzles
maybe 60 some oz of fluid, but I wake up in the middle of the night and drink as well.
ya know when ya look at it like this im doing pretty poorly. I will be at that meeting on Tues. I think i'm loosing touch with to much
Dwight...Happy Anniversary. You have done great. You should be so proud.
My question is...What is a barney shake? If it is your own mixture, what products do you use and if they are unusual where do you buy them. I am looking for a drink that can help me get more protein in. I really am not doing well with protein shakes. I am able to get enough protein with other things, but am always willing to try something new.

OK Here goes:
I was in New York all day yesterday (Friday) so didn't get a protein shake in.
Oatmeal Mud (I'm doing good with Rob's variety)
Lentil Soup (Yeah I got it in...found some in a Deli in NYC)
half dollar size crust of sour dough bread NO BUTTER yeah!
Thai Fish (my favorite with hot chili sauce...had sugar in it but it is so good and I go to this restraunt every time I'm in NYC
Thai Salad with peanut sauce and tofu
Two packages of Peanut butter crackers during the day
Lots to drink all day
Actually it doesn't look too bad when you write it down.
