Hi everyone, When I first had my surgery 19 months ago (Debbie Cox and are the same day) this site was a wonderful help and assistance. Any question I may have had was able to be answered because someone had "been there before". Thre were always good recipes posted, health information shared and Wow moments were the norm. The site was always such an encouragement during this journey. I am so glad to see some of the old timers posting again. I hope that we are all able to continue to post info that will help all the "newbies" and keeps some of us old timers on our toes. We all need the encouragement. So post away with WLS issues and let's all work to respond to those needs and questions that are out there. Rob,, thank you for your mud recipe. Tammy thank you for all your nutrition and health postings Linda, thank you for posting that we can actually continue to loose. Carla, it's good to hear from you and see how well you're doing. Elissa, you are the best. You always have encouragement for us, know that we will all be thinking about you next week and praying for your quick recovery. I know how much it means to you to possibly be able to donate your kidney. So let's keep up the good work guys and be an inspiration to others who lurk on the boards like we do. God bless, Faye aka Mama Mama

Thank you Faye, I have come out of the shadows of lurking and will put in my two cents as needed.

Mama Mama aka Faye, this is a huge part of my life. It helps keep me focused and positive. If I stay energized I will continue to be successful. I hope I can stay contagious and be a good sheppard among my fellow WLS family. I have gained sooo much for myself and value my fellowship with all you folks. It's all in God's hands right now and I know I am being lifted up in prayer. Thank you all. I'll be bummed for a couple weeks without a computer. Will keep everyone posted. Elissa
