I got a couple of request at the Healthy Beginnings meeting to republish my oatmud. So here goes: 1/4 cup regular oatmeal (one instant packet) with 1/2 cup light soymilk (nuked for 90 seconds) then add 2 tblsp flax seed meal (from Trader Joes) 1/4 cup of pumpkin flax granola (from Trader Joes) 2 tsp cinnamon 1 scoop of regular Unjury 1 packet of Splenda FYI. Never nuke Unjury. Oatmud is great for fiber intake, cholesterol, gets your protein intake off to a fast start, and keeps me regular. Hope that you enjoy as much as I do. Rob

I agree with Rob ... never, ever nuke your UNJURY!!! It turns to cement!!! Don't ask me how I know this But I did want to mention, should you add your protein powder to a fluid that is a bit too hot and it chunks up (I know a horrid visual), you can put it in your magic bullet and it will smooth right out, just be careful when you open the bullet with hot liquids, it tends to spit and sputter and spew a bit. Rob, I had partial mud this morning. Don't have the pumpkin granola but did the rest for breakfast. Forgot how much I like oatmeal. Thanks for the reminder and the recipe!

I stole the recipe from Rob and have been eating this for every breakfast for about 8 months (since I got back on solids). Amazing how this meal sates the appetite through the morning. My variation is 1/2 cup of skim milk and add 1 tsp of Nutmeg pn top of the other ingredients Thanks Rob
