I can run !!!!

Hi all, I have to tell you yesterday I actual ran for the first time since I don't know when. It started as a joke at work. The day before someone else and myself had keys to open doors. Everytime someone needed to get in a classroom I would get up and start to walk. The other person would say I got it so I would sit back down. Never opened 1 door but did alot of getting up. Yesterday I said if you guys wanted me to do squats all day why didn't you just tell me and I starting doing squats at my chair. Someone called for a door and the other person with keys said I got it and I took off running to get the door. Surprise to me !!!! I didn't even know I could run !!!!! It was so funny but another Wow moment !!! Had to share. See you lighter. Joanne
