Okay, here I am again with my menu for the day for accountability purposes. Faye, you still with me? Rob, where did you go? I know you say your menu never changes, and that's okay. But if you are lurking and don't mind, please pop in here with a "I am watching you post" .... I need to remain accountable. Anyone else want/need to join in, please feel free. Protein Latte 30 gms 2 oz chicken/roast beef meat from the deli (YUCK - won't be doing that again anytime soon-when did this become objectionable??? Seems my tastes are always changing). BTW- I couldn't fini****! 1 oz cheese ½ grapefruit (yummy) ½ cup Nappa Cabbage Salad with 1 oz grilled oriental chicken breast & .5 oz almonds(1 T homemade sf dressing) (YUMMY) Protein Latte 30 gms Popcorn (a splurge) 1 oz cheese Made the family homemade pizza tonight, but I didnt want the bread (bread is a trigger food for me, so I am careful with it) sooooo here we go again ... 1 boiled egg (boring *yawn*) 10 fresh raspberries (yum and oh so good for you) (on sale at our local market) ½ grapefruit (pushing that vitamin C) Likely will be having another protein shake a little later also Plenty of water, lemon water, 1 cup coffee, and all my vits are in except for my last dose of calcium later tonight.

Here goes my reality check: Breakfast: Oatmeal, raisens, nuts, skim milk and unjury Lunch: None Dinner: steak, salad, and three tempura shrimp Tonite I'll have a shake with strawberries and skim milk and unjury, although that Barney Shake that Dwight was talking about sounded good. It was a rough day for food. I had to go see Dr. Peters today, first time I've ever had to go for a problem. When I had the MVA on Friday the airbag hit my chest and everything in that region hurt. So no food or drink all afternoon until they could do a CT scan at 5:00 pm. They're supposed to call me tomorrow with the results. No gym either, still real sore. It will get better. Thanks for the accountability. It really does help. But we need more people to join in.....it's fun. Don't be scared or intimidated we are'nt always good. God bless, Faye

Hello my twin....I see you are doing quite well with that menu of yours.... Here is mine.... Breakfast: Cream of Wheat 4 oz Protein Shake (A new one...Caribean Cooler with Strawberry Kiwi. Nectar of Course! Don't like the other stuff much) Mid AM Snack: PowerCrunch Peanut Butter Bar & 1/2 banana Lunch: Left overs.... 2 oz Pork tenderloin (yummy), 1 oz saurkraut (can you say gas) and 2 oz of mac and cheese (before I would have eaten a whole box) Mid PM Snack: Carbwell Bar Peanut Butter and Cottage Double (Blueberry) Dinner: 1/2 cup Ham and Bean Soup and Corned Beef Special (2oz CB, 1 oz cheese and the best rye bread from Trios Deli) 100 oz of Fruit 20, 32 oz H2O and 16 oz Hot Cocoa (SF of course) Calories for the day 1600, Protein ~100 I have to learn to cut those snacks down some....I can do it! Check in with you tomorrow if I can. Having problems with connectivity on my computer. I was amazed it worked tonight! Exercising is going well....Although I am not lifting like I use to...taking time off requires build up.....Oh well I am up to the challenge. I know I drink too much! LOL. You have a great evening and I will be talking to you! I go to see the hottie surgeon for the last time tomorrow. I got a call that the lab never delivered my blood work to them.....So I guess I will be flying down 95 and chatting with the lab to get off their butts and fax the stuff to him. Amazing but expected I guess. I have a pretty full day tomorrow. I hope I can get to the support meeting. Debbie

All right you caught me! Today has been good for me. Faye, I hope that all your tests come back normal. Keep us in the loop, and I will keep you in my prayers. Just got back from a 90-minute spinning class and I'm drenched. Time for accountability... Breakfast Oatmud... (I forgot that my oatmud also uses 1/3 cup of pumpkin granola from Trader Joe's) [25 g] Snack midmorning Chocolate Peanut Butter Soyshake [20 g] Lunch Wendy's small chili - [15 g], side salad (dry) Snack afternoon Chocolate Raspberry Soyshake [20 g] Dinner 2 slices Homemade wholewheat flax pizza [10 g] 1/2 cup mixed veggies Snack evening Yogurt with banana and granola topping Water: 50 oz in the morning, 50 oz in the afternoon, 40oz spinning, 10 oz tonight while I'm typing. B-12, 2 calciums, 5 optisource, 3 omega-3 (fish oil), 1 biotene, 1 cartinogen (per Dr. Weil). My life is exciting but meals are downright boring (meal planning is a disaster in our house and a constant source of irritation). I plan out my meals daily except for dinner, and a lot of time I have to eat on my own in order to get to my exercise classes on time (since I have to drive 30-40 minutes to West Chester). I've actually got Kerri going with me twice a week now, and once on the weekend. It's great to have company when driving. Tammy, keep us honest, this is great reinforcement. As always. Rob

Thanks everyone for joining in ... this is really helping me stay accountable. I appreciate your help! I want to reply to each individually but I have a meeting first thing this morning and a packed day ahead of me. I need to hit the shower and head out the door. Please be praying for me to make good choices while on the road. I don't expect to be back to the computer until late tonight, but I as soon as I can, I will check in and post my day, good or bad. Today we are going to face many choices, please make the choice to feed your beautiful body well! There are many who love you and need you around. Allow your body the fuel it needs to continue serving you for many wonderful years to come. Take excellent care of yourself today and always! Again, my thanks and gratitude to each of you for your support and help! Hugs, Tammy
