"Healthy Journey Support Group"

Someone asked for me to post about this new meeting which will begin next week. So here goes....... Healthy Journey Meeting at: Victory Christian Fellowship 100 Wilton Blvd. New Castle, DE (The big church with all the lights, next to Walmart on Route 40) Time: 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be h eld on the third Tuesday of every month. It is being led by a group of individuals who have had WLS. It will combine lecture, group discussions, encouragement and inspiration to those who are on this Healthy Journey. The group meeting will also open and close with prayer, have a scripture reading, and will encourage everyone to get involved. It is open to everyone, regardless as to where you are on your journey. But the topics will primarily relate to those who have already had the surgery. This month's topic will be "Body Changes" and will have short talks on the following: Elissa Hart: Hair loss Rob Siers: Gas and Constipation Desiree Dowling: Lab Changes Margaret Webb: Skin changes So, come, one , come all and join us for a fun filled time of inspiration and encouragement. God bless, Pastor Faye P.S. I understand that Elissa is bringing some great recipes that Tammy has posted in the past, so you know they will be great. If that part was left up to me there would be crackers and water. No time to cook!!!! I was amazed to see that Tammy even bakes her own bread. Talk about inspiration!!!!!
