You go girl! That bikini isn't just a dream it will become a reality at the rate you're going. I don't know if my daily food intake is that strong on protein today, but it's better than yesterday. Breakfast: Oatmeal MUD!!! (I did what Rob does and added protein powder to the oatmeal, raisens and nuts. It wasn't bad) Lunch: I got my hair done today so I had my monthly piece of Grotto's Pizza. I look forward to it whenever I get my hair done. They are next to my salon. Dinner: Went to Feby's with a friend. Had Red Snapper with Crab Imperial ( about 1/4 of what they gave, brought the rest home to my brother) small salad and a few veggies. Oh and a bit of their good homemade bread with butter (got me again) Snacks during the day: two hershey kisses (leftover Christmas candy, I got rid of all the cookies, but some of those kisses were still around) Unjury Protein shake with strawberries and skim milk Had all my fluids and I actually took my vitamins on time today. Although no gym today ( Had a real bad car accident last week) But I did go for a massage to loosen the muscles. Hope this helps, I'm enjoying it. So come on gang, join in, It's fun. God bless, Pastor FAye

Car accident??? Faye, are you alright? I am concerned that your accident was severe enough that you are not exercising??? Take good care of yourself! LMK if there is anything I can do. Your meal at Feb's sounds WONDEFUL! Yum! BTW - Thanks for the support with my menu choices. The support can make all the difference sometimes. It can be hard the further out we get, can't it? Our pouch can hold so much more than it could earlier and now I have to rely upon what I learned as an early post-op rather than rely upon restriction alone. I do concentrate on proteins, as my body seems to do it's best when I hit certain levels, especially when I am healing (depending on exercise, current health, etc, etc). Thus my concentrated protein on the first couple of days of our reality check. With your accident, the protein you are consuming will help you to recover faster and more completely as well. Keep it up! BTW - I am not a doctor, I Just play one on the net! Wanna play again today either on the message board or in private email??? It is helping me to focus and not forget about meals! (ie - holding me accountable) Thanks again!
