Thanks so much for sharing your daily menu with me as well. I think it is a good idea to check in for a reality check every once in a while to make sure I am in check.
I will go ahead and post what I had today also, but please keep in mind that I am not back up to eating 100% since the flu. Working on regaining my strength and stamina at the moment. I also must be honest ... seems that there are times that I am concerned about anorexia ... I am far from thin, but I am sometimes concerned that I have some inherient traits that could get out of control. So I watch that very closely. I have only admitted that to my husband, my doc and one friend ever before. I asked them to help moniter me closely. Posting my menu is probably a good idea for that reason alone.
Todays Reality Check!
Feeding 1 - Protein Shake 30 gms protein (made with light soy milk)
Feeding 2 - 7 shrimp (grilled citrus shrimp to be exact) (31-40 per pound) 22? gms protein?
Feeding 3 - 1 oz of potato chips - not proud, but it is the truth
Feeding 4 - Protein Shake 24 grms protein (made with water)
Feeding 5 - 1 "angeled" egg & 1 oz garlic cheese 16 gms protein
Feeding 6 - Protein Shake - 30 gms protein (made with water)
All my vitamins and fluids are in for the day except for one dose of calcium that I will take after while.
Not at all a nutritionally sound day ... the only mark I hit was protein. No complex carbs or fiber. Too much fat? Not sure, I have not logged today on fitday as yet.
