Good Morning, Delaware !!! The weather is going to be nice today. At least in Rehobeth !!!! Let's all take the time to get outside and get some exercise. I am going to church at 11a.m .Then my grandaughter and I are off to the Y. Going to stop at Walmart upon returning to pick up nightgowns. I got a really good deal on them for $3 last night. I only bought one but want to pick up a couple more. These fit really good instead of hanging like my skin. LOL!!! Hanging skin in a size 5x nightgown with no sleeves. Picture that! Scary isn't it ???? The new ones have sleeves and are 1x. Look so much better and warmer!!! WAHOO!!!!! I have put navy bean soup in the crock pot for me. Tomorrow I start week 2 of the P/B challenge and it is liquids plus soft food. Bean soup is soft to me. My family will have Roast, potatoes and carrots for diner. Poor Me! Nope!!!! I would do this week over in a heart beat. I got on the scale this a.m. at 228lbs from 245 on Monday. Welcome 2006 bu****ch out for I am on the move!!! I am at work today, I am thinking about leaving at 10 so I can go to church. The pastor's wife is having wls thursday, and I know the congragation will be praying for her, so I want to be there. I also plan to be there for her surgery on thurs. at St. Francis, I have no clue where it is. So I will be posting later this week for help.
congrats on your weight loss that is great. I have been trying to get back to basics I have about 8 pounds to loose before getting into the 100's. I will admit, I have been a bad girl over the holidays, but I am putting that behind me and moving on.

Dana, It is a new year and we will all do good. I truely beleive 2006 is the year for us all. My goal is to get below 200 by May. I have 29 lbs to go to see 199. OH BOY!!!! Isn't it funny how we beleave in ourselves now and don't beat ourselves up. We accept and move forward. Hang in there and always remember you are never alone in the struggle. Here's too moving forward. Watch out world cause we are on the move STRAIGHT AHEAD !!! See you lighter. Joanne
Good morning everyone, I am here at work again, I am going to get sick of seeing this place come April. Good thing I am shooting for April or May to have my surgery then, I will need 4 weeks off from this place by then. My company offers a bonus if we work 6 days including Sat and Sun and 3 nights in the winter and I could use this bonus so that is why I am doing it. I am also hoping for the extra sales which will also lead to extra money for me.
Joanne, I haven't gotten into the book that much yet, I sit down to start to read it and the next thing I know I am checking my eyelids for pinholes since I am so exhausted from working this much. Who would think that sitting behind a desk and asking someone where they would like to go could be so exhausting. I think I am still on Chapter 1 though....lol. I have enjoyed what I have read so far though.

You are doing well GF! Thanks for being so update and helpful....I lost all the gain plus 2 lbs. We have 11 lbs before we see the 1's I will be ever so happy to see it. I didn't go all they way back to basics but I did tailor my eating habits. For me the concern is I am back on another diet....I didn't want to go that route if I could do it another way....Adjust what I am eating.....and that is working so far. I am trying to keep at 1400 calories....some days it works. Others I am off by a few hundred. Never over 1700 calories now! Its a good thing! Enjoy those new jammies!

Debbie, I try to do between 1000-1200 Calories a day. I was so happy with last weeks loss. I know I will not do as good this week but I would love to get to 220 by the end of the month. 8 lbs to go for this month. GF I had to go back and get somemore of them jammies. You know I got to keep warm. Keep posting so we know how you do the rest of the month. See you lighter. Joanne
