Help, need info in Delaware

Hi, I am seriously considering lap band surgery.. As all of you, I have tried every diet, medication etc.. Even recently tried the Siegal cookie diet, same old story ...Can anyone please give me information.. Hi Joy, If you want to read about the joys , failures, and everything, your best bet if reading each one of our profiles. You will learn allot. I'm 2 yrs out and lost over 139 lbs, had a tummy tuck and would do it all over if I had too. It's a long process and a roller coster but when I felt down or blue, I kept think of the future of how I will look and feel and that kept me going. I am off of my diabetes meds, blood pressure, acid reflux meds. Good luck! Take care, Beth

Hi Joy, I have found that reading the profiles here and especially looking at the before and after pictures really helps me. Posting on the boards is wonderful too because there are so many inspiring folks here. I also bought the book "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" and that has answered many questions for me.
