Good morning Delaware, I hope all has a wonderful day. I got on the scale this morning and I have gained 13 lbs. I knew I was eating wrong and have been off track for 2 weeks. I am posting this so all will know you can gain weight. Don't let anyone tell you you will not. I am hoping some of this is fluid for my hands are really swallen this morning. Today I am going back to basics. I am starting the P/B challenge with about 10 other people, putting on my pedometer and walking 10,000 steps. I will beat this and be good to myself in other ways then with food. See all lighter. Joanne
Forgiven GF....Now that you know you have the gain...You can make it a loss! I got your email on the PB challenge. I am thinking of modifying it a bit. I have to pull out the surgeons instructions to me from the beginning and find out what the quantities I was doing then....it concerns me that it says eat as much as you want...that is what has given me my gain I am sure of that! I have been up and down the same four pounds for months now....Right now I am up 4! But with determination and back to the gym I can get it back down. I am very grateful that it has not continued to go up. Being a scale ***** does have its advantages. The holidays are over so we have no excuses to be good to ourselves. Back to the basics!

Debbie, Let me know how you are going to modify it. I jounaled last night and did all my planning for today. I came up with 635 calories and 92 grams of protein planned for today with lots of water. I'll let you know how I do. I have the determination and I will win over this. I may have loss the battle but not the war. I,m glad you got the email. That was new to me and I was hoping I did it right. Might just have to be a scale ***** this week myself. Have a good day and YES it is back to basics. Thanks for your support. See you lighter. Debbie , I have lost 9 lbs and have 4 more to go. We have 19 people on the Challenge. We are struggling but hanging in there. Check out the april boards to see how all is doing. Let me know on Monday your weight loss for the week. It will be interesting to add up all the lbs. See you lighter. Joanne
