Good News!!!
Hi all, You all know how upset I was about my Dr. leaving. Yesterday I went to Washington Hospital Center for what I thought would be my last appointment with Dr. Granet. I had a very long talk with him and he is going to continue to see Dr. Kirkpatrick's patients thru June. I talked with him for 1 hr and 20 minutes. In June he is taking a job in the pocomos. His specialty is trama surgery and he is doing his fellowship with Dr. Kirkpatrick. I am very glad for him. We decided that he would do my T/T in May before he leaves. I am so glad about this. I really wanted to wait until next Winter but that isn't possible if I want Dr. Granet to do the surgery. I am ok with this all now. I really want to lose about 50 more lbs before I have the T/T. I started this journey at 345lbs, Today I weigh 234 lbs. My promise to myself is to get below 200 lbs. Something I never remember being in my life. I have checked into a jazzercise class and am going to start on Tuesday. I know it is going to be a rough 5 months but I am ready for the challenge. Thanks to all for being here to listen and give support. See all lighter. Joanne
Well that is good news! Just remember the Poconos is only a few hours away....Jazzercise should be fun...one of these times I will give it a try. My cousin has been trying to get me there. I have been going to the Y and do like the stuff I do there. Its hard to be everywhere. Enjoy the day and definitely see you lighter!

Debbie, Thanks !!! I will keep all posted on how I make out if I'm not to tired to post. I have to get off my butt if I want to loss that 50 lbs. before my T/T. I also want to tell you , you have been an inspiration to me. You have such a good outlook on life and such a good sence of humor. The kind of person who is fun to be around even if you do run late all the time. The story of my past life!!!! Just ask my family but I have improved. Have a happy Christmas. I hope Hubby loves your gift but heck he has the real thing. Keep warm and I'll see you lighter. Joanne
