re: Thanks Angellette
Thanks to Sharon. Motivating her, has in turn motivated me. Yesterday, at Kirkwood Fitness, we were on the bikes, getting close to 4 miles, when the instructor comes over the loud speaker to announce a class upstairs. Well we looked at each other and took a borrowed mat from the desk and headed up the stairs for the yoga class. OMG. It was wonderful. Relaxing and challenging too. This time 2 yrs ago I'd never even thought about it.
This will be a good stress reliever and a new thing to do on my non-circuit days. OBTW, Sharon is officially 1 month out from Lap Band, down almost 25 lbs, works out, (bike, walks, & a little arm exercises) at least 5 days a week. Yesterday she had her official 1st non-liquid meal. Cheers to you Sharon. C U later today. Who knows, anyone for the Kickboxing class? Maybe after my knee surgery and recoup is over. Look out spring of 2006.

Alright! I'm off to the gym. I haven't been in a week, I better get going. You are an inspiration with everything that is on YOUR plate right now you still find time for the gym. That gives me NO EXCUSES!!!
Glad to hear that the new grandbaby is home and growing strong. We'll continue to keep your entire family in prayer.
I spent the day in NYC yesterday with my mom and sister and on the way home got a call from my husband. Our new adopted baby, a golden retriever, had gotten into our older dogs arthritis medicine and ate about 10 of them. So I met my husband at the vet at 11:00 pm and they made her throw up and gave her charcoal and will keep her for two days on fluids to help to avoid kidney damage. Oh, and did I say all to the tune of $1,000. We've had her two days and she's eaten a loaf of bread and half the plastic bag, a half box of crayons that were in a wrapped Christmas present and now this. She likes counter surfing. Oh well, I guess it was time for a new baby, and now my husband and I know what to get each other for Christmas. A bet bill!!!!
Oh well, no stalling, I AM GETTING DRESSED AND I AM GOING TO THE GYM RIGHT NOW AND WORK OFF SOME OF THIS FRUSTRATION!!!!!!
God bless, and we're praying for your precious daughter and granddaughter.

(As soon as I can figure out how to change my log in name on this site I am going to go to my real name) Any help would be appreciated. All my efforts have failed.
Elissa, I have ''enjoyed'' every minute or the work outs that we have had and look forward to the next one. This is so strange for me to say this because I always yes always have hated the gym and to work out. The yoga class I have always wanted to try but was afraid that I would never be able to do it and yet when we did try it who would of thought I loved it and can actually do most of the moves. Very relaxing. Here we are almost gym rats. LOL I know months ago I would of never been able to do 1/3 the amount of exercise that I do now. In 2006 I look forward to continue to be a healthier person with wise choices. Your an inspiration to me with your success. Lets go kick butt today!!!!!
