sweet spot

I have seen this term several times in relation to the lapband and I don't understand what it means. "People getting fills and saying they aren't at their sweet spot yet" Can someone help me?

It's when you get just enough restriction to make you loose weight but not enough to cause reflux & PB'ing I think.
