Thanks Dana! I don't really have any suggestions other than Hydration, Protein, vitamins & exercise! I try to get to Curves at least 3 times a week. I also cannot eat very much at one time, although I can eat pretty much whatever I want. I don't seem to dump. I do get very nausous if I take that "one more bite". So I really try to stop eating before I reach that point and I take lots of breaks while I'm eating.
Thanks! I feel so good! Can't wait to try my legs on the ski slopes now. I won't be afraid that the kiddies on the slopes will be laughing at the "fat lady" rolling down the hill!!! I had to put away my wedding rings because they kept falling off Saturday. I'm now wearing a 19th century wedding band that I bought at an estate jewelry sale about 20 years ago that I used to wear as a pinkie ring.
