Hello Delawareans!!!!! It is Monday and most of you guys have to return to work. I am off because I worked the weekend. Not alot planned for today. Have to get bloodwork this a.m., physical theropy at 9a.m. and wrap some gifts while the grandkids are at school. I went outside and it doesn't seem cold enough to snow here. I dread the snow. It will be interesting to see if I can stay on my feet this year since the weight loss. Last year I think I was on the ground more then standing. My husband is handicap so we have a ramp or I could say a ski slop for me. I have to admit our Dog is kinda funny on it but she is real little and don't get hurt like me. My goal this winter is to stay on my feet. Hopefully all this physical theropy and leg strenthening will pay off. We will see when the snow and ice comes. This is my last week of physical theropy. I commit to continue to exercize. Hope all has a beautiful Monday and takes time to exercize and do something nice for yourself. You deserve it and are the best. See all lighter. Joanne

Hi Joanne, Yes, I am at work! Pretty good day so far. Yesterday we went for our annual Christmas tree hunt, we go to this tree farm where you pick and cut your own, this year I really got into it! I pointed out a tree way up on a hill and said that is the one I wanted, everyone just looked at me and said well go get it, I said I will, ( didn't really want that tree, I just wanted the exercise! they followed me and half way there we found the perfect tree!) And we all got in some good exercise too!! So tonight we are going to decorate this huge tree we picked out!! Boy is it big, I had to go out and buy more lights for it. Take care everyone!! Dana

Dana, It is a nice night for decorating a Christmas tree with snow and all. I bet it was fun to pick it out. I have not done that in years. We use a pre-lit artificial tree. This year we have to put up the big tree due to my grandchildren living with us. Usually we just do a small tree for it was just myself and hubby in house and alot less work. Hope you have a great time. See you lighter. Joanne

Hey Joanne I am sitting here waiting for Chloe to go to sleep. She is trying but I can hear her coughing over and over. I don't know what else to do besides give her cough medicine. It's a mess. Anyway, if she does go to sleep I was thinking about wrapping some christmas presents and listening to some christmas music. I haven't done much today besides go to the ob/gyn this morning and to the grocery store. I went to the dr because I am having this really bad cramping pain on and off. He said something was enlarged but I couldn't understand because he has a strong accent. I heard him say not to worry, so I am trying not to. I have an ultrasound of my belly on friday so we will see then I guess. Hope everyone has a great day!!! Robyn

Robyn, I take it Chloe is getting better. I got my grandkids presents wrapped and hid today. My grandaughter is 7 and questioning about Santa. If you get a chance bring Chloe down to Apple Electric on 24. They decorate and you can tune in your radio and the lights dance to the music. She would love it. There is people there at 6a.m. when I go to work. Hope all goes well with your ultrasound. I know what you mean about Drs with an accent. It takes me awhile to understand them. What is the weather like in Milford. I dread driving to work in the a.m. tomorrow. See you lighter. Joanne

I am just sitting here watching the snow come down and thinking I have to get the rest of the shopping done. But when can I do this? My Grandmother passed away this weekend. She was 93 and lived a very good life. My Uncle does not want to do a service or luncheon....So I guess we grieve in our own way. A few of the cousins are going to get together on Wednesday and we are doing our own thing for her. In her honor I plan on putting a little war paint on my face. Something I don't do often. Enjoy the rest of the day. And yes I hope to see you lighter! Debbie

Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother's passing. Snow is beauiful to watch come down but I hate to drive in it. My husband is already saying he is going to take me to work in the morning. I don't want him to do that either. I like being independent and driving myself. You will see us both lighter. Joanne

Thanks to everyone for their support. I am told by my cousin my uncle has pictures she had of all of our families....unfortunately she left them with him in California. I hope he gets them back to us. It would be nice to have. We had a good time today just chatting. I think it was better than a service. See you all soon. Hugs and lots of Fleece Blankets Debbie

Debbie, Sorry about your Grandmother. Blessing that you had her part of your life for 93 yrs. Wow. Glad you got her hair done last month. I know that made you both feel good. War paint. I put on some now too. Something I haven't done in years. Yes, 1 more change. TT you soon. Elissa
