I also agree, my husband would look at me crazy, he does not like going shopping unless it is for him. So for me to get him to go out with all those people would just not happen. But as for me, my boys and I are staying home, I am not even fighting with that rush and all those people. Plus, it is freezing outside. I really need to get a winter's jacket. So not much planned for me today. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Try and keep warm. Christie

Kevin, I was out of the house by 3:30 a.m for Black Friday Shopping. I was out of Walmart in Milford by 5:15 a.m. Then I went to Big Lots, Radio Shack, Sears, K Mart, and Rehobeth Walmart. I was back home by 9:00 a.m. I got everything I went after and more. You are a brave man!! My husband went one year and said never again. I love it myself and look forward to it every year. I will be watching to see how you made out. Walmart in Milford was full of men. Rehobeth Walmart had plenty of everything for everyone was at the outlets. They opened at 4:00a.m. and were packed then. Walmart also honors competors pricing so if you didn"t get what you wanted take your ad to Walmart. Hope all had a good day,and got all your shopping done. Now all can sit back, wrap presents and eat left overs. I sent most of my left overs home with my daughter. See all lighter. Joanne

Good Morning Everyone, I am here at work having a wonderful day. There is no way I would go out shopping on black Friday. I worked at the Christiana Mall for 16 years and I hated this day. Since our store moved out of the mall 3 years ago I don't go near a store on this day. My holiday was different. I was with my best friend and her family instead of my own (family fueding going on). It is hard sometimes to join in on someone else's traditions and ways of doing Thanksgiving when you are use to your own way. It was fun and the food was good, but being with friends was much more important. I realize that now so hopefully next year when I am post op I won't miss piging out the way I use to do. Have a great day, Deanna

Hello everyone. Only 11 days post-op and husband took me out Christmas shopping today. Only went to two stores, but it was crazy. I'm glad I'm feeling good. Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!

Kevin Ralph and I both went out on Black Friday and this was the first time we both actually went out on black friday. Bought the Cows their gift( a new bunk feeder) and bought some other gifts as well. I little trick we do now is to park as far away from the door and then we walk... something we never did before we usually try to find the closest parking spot to the door. Also He tolerated the oyster stuffing.
