HAPPY THANKSGIVING & ROLL CALL

Well, it is after midnight, so this is for roll call and HAPPY THANKSGIVING.....Let us all remember the 3 bite rule that Elissa put up. If anyone is traveling, please be safe. The snow flurries outside is beautiful. Please try and post, there has not been many people posting lately, even to BONNIE's roll call. I was quite surprised on that one. I will be cooking most of the day, considering my husband's family will be at my house. I still don't have my pictures hung up on the wall, which is what I wanted to do before today but .....hubby did not help with it yet. WELL HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL, I AM SURE WE ALL HAVE THANKS TO GIVE TO SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE.......HAVE A SAFE HOLIDAY.... Christie

Well, here I am at 4:30 in the am posting because I got woken up by the dogs barking. Seems like someone thought it would be funny to come up to my front door, get my pumpkins, and smash them! They also (the dogs) woke the baby up. Not a good start to a very festive day . Sh#$ like that really ****** me off. On a lighter note.................Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, as we all have so very much to be thankful for. I plan on following Elissa's 3 bite rule, so I don't feel deprived while everyone else is enjoying the wonderful meal I will be serving. I'm having about 12 people for dinner, so IF I can't even eat the three bites, I don't think anyone will notice. I don't want comments being made and the conversation turning into a "sorry you can't eat anything". Have a nice Thanksgiving Bonnie S.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.....Me I am going to avoid foods (duck and weave move) since of course my family after 17 mos still don't understand I don't eat sugar or fat items over 5 grams. I did make my own treats and of course I bring my own foods. It would be nice for one get together that they make things I like and can safely eat...oh well you know the old saying right? You can't pick your family. I will show up about 3ish and hope to leave around 6 ish....I have to work on Friday.

I am working today at Longwood today and all weekend. Turkey with stuffing is in the oven. Sweet potatoes, with splenda of course are done, potatoes peeled, corn and biscuits ready. Just have to make the gravy when I get home. Got all my protein drinks ready to go with me this morning. Yogurt to go. I think all I have to do now is breath, sip and walk. Is that right???? Debbie, I got fresh cranberries, now I'll need the recipe for those muffins. UMMM. They were yummy. Have a great Holiday everyone. Happy Thanksgiving to all. I think this holiday I will remember holidays of past and think of the good times with family and friends. Me and the hubby are traveling to the beach area to be with friends for dinner. I am still on liquids but I can socialize and plan on bringing my protein and cream of chicken soup. Hello Everyone HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!! Well, my DSL is still not working. I am on my brother in laws computer. I called verizon and they are going to send a technician to my house to help me.
