$$$$THURSDAY ROLL CALL$$$$
Hey, I don't care if no one responds, but I am going to do roll call for Bonnie's sake It's Thursday...yay...my favorite day of the week!!! I like thursdays because I can say, tomorrow is friday and then the weekend. Thursdays are also survivor night. Hubby and I make it into a date night and order pizza...etc. He is working tonight though, that stinks. Oh well, Chloe will watch it with me I am still busy trying to get ready for Chloe's birthday party It seems I could clean all day and the house would still be dirty...why is that? I hope you all are having a wonderful day. I am feeling a little better about the surgery today. I was just down for a couple of days and I got so scared all of a sudden. But, since then I have been reminding myself of how big I am and how I am not going to be truly happy until this weight is gone. I know this is the right choice for me, it is just such a HUGE step.

Hi Robyn
Happy Thursday! Meeting old friends for dinner tonight, most of them haven't seen me since surgery so that should be fun. Friday is Harry Potter night. Getting ready for my granddaughter's birthday party Saturday and also my son starts a new basketball season. Sunday I'm chillin' and then Monday I start a new job at nights - so after that I'll have no time.
Hope everyone is well,
Dianne
Good Evening Everyone, well I had my EGD done today. Everything went really well. I had to have Mid Atlantic GI doctors do it because of insurance reasons, but he was very nice. While I was waiting to go back though Dr. Wynn walked past and saw me in there. We chatted for a few seconds and they told me when I came back around that she actually came into the room with me just to make sure everything is good to go for the surgery. She is such a wonderful lady and an awesome doctor. Now all I need is the foot to heal for the stress test and January to come around for my life skills classes and all they other appointments I need to do.
Robyn, I read that girl's profile also and it scared me to death. My heart goes out to her and her family. She definately didn't have it easy that is for sure. I hope and pray that my journey will be uneventful as far as complications and pain goes. I am not one for either, I am a big baby when it comes to pain.
Hope everyone had a great day.

Well, it is 10:27 pm but I am here. Just unwinding from school. I got a 99% on my test, I was so excited. But other than that, that was all I did, study and then go to school. Tomorrow is my day off of school. YAA HOOO..........I will be enjoying the next 3 days off from school, because next Wednesday I have my final test for Medical Terminology it will be 350 words. Oh well, I will talk to you all again later.
Christie
Just thought I would share Christie, as I said before, I graduated from college with my Medical Assistant degree. I remember Medical Terminology. I will tell you how I got through it...flash cards...I made them myself on index cards and I just kept going over and over them until I knew all of them. Maybe your boys could help you by holding them up and quizzing you. Just a thought, you might already have your own system...I just know those flash cards were life savers for me.

Robyn, I read Jessica's Profile that night too. It was very depressing and I could truely understand your concerns. I have had complications but my only regret is that I didn't have the surgery sooner. I gave up so many years of my life in my body's prison of fat. I feel you are making the right decision. Good luck in your journey !!! See you lighter. Joanne
