HELLO ALL FIRST I WANT TO WISH THE NEWBIES A SUCCESSFUL SURGERY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU...............OK HERE'S WHAT IS ON MY MIND.WELL I AM HAPPY TO HAVE A 117 POUNDS OFF OF ME AND I KNOW IT'S TOO EARLY TO GET PLASTIC SURGERY,AND I HAVE A BAD BACK AND AI AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE A KNEE REPLACEMENT WHEN MORE WEIGHT COMES OFF AND I HAVE SPURS BETWEEN MY SHOULDER BLADES SO IT IS VERY HARD TO EXERCISE.ANY IDEALS?I HAVE EXTRA SKIN YULK AND I KNOW IT WOULD HELP OUT IS TO EXERCISE BUT DUE TO OTHER THINGS I CAN'T DO THE EXERCISES THAT IS NEEDED AND IT IS GETTING ME DOWN.PLEASE HELP.THANKS BONNIE....P.S. WHAT DO YOU DO TO TIGHTEN UP YOUR EXTRA SKIN AND MAYBE THIS WILL HELP OTHERS OUT TOO.

Not much you can do to tighten up skin....You can do some weight training to get some muscle mass but you will still have skin....Bonnie how about sitting in front of TV with two cans of peas and arm lift them....You can increase the weight with bigger cans....After you are done lifting them you can cook them for the family! Swimming would be another good exercise. Do you have a Y close by? They have a water aerobics class that is a lot of fun and is not hard on the joints. Debbie

I do Curves. It's not really weight training per se. It's more resistance. The speed in which you use the machines is what gives you the resistance. It's $29 per month.
