Sunday Roll Call
Good Morning Delaware !! AS you all know I am an early riser. This is the last day of my 3 day weekend. I got alot accomplished. I even got my DSL hooked onto my computer. Hey ! That is good for me. Normally if it has anything with technology I have someone else do it. Yesterday I had about 4 hours home by myself. That was really nice. No little feet looking over my shoulder. It was great and well needed. It is sunny in Rehobeth. Today I will go to church this morning, cook a nice dinner for family and just relax before returning to the rat race tomorrow. I look back on this week and I have done really well with eating, drinking and journaling. My bedroom is clean, my closet rid of morbit obese clothing and my DSL hooked up by little ole me.Ok, Lets all look back on our week. How have we done? What do we need to change or inprove on? Personally myself I know I need to kick the caffeine. I am working on it, but not there yet. I have cut down alot by using decafe most of the time. I will get there. I have only just begun!!!!! See all lighter. Joanne
Sounds like a productive day....me I have eating events today! Going out with my cousin who loves to eat...Its always entertaining with her! Then a group of people I use to work with go to China Buffet....I get my shrimp and they get everything else. What is nice is no one looks at me funny thier especially when I don't do seconds! LOL Good luck with the kicking the C habit!

Hello all, a little late but better late then never, considering not alot of people have been posting to roll calls. I tried to spend as much time with my boys this weekend as I could because of my schooling. I got 2 pairs of scrubs my butt is a little tight but other than that, I got an XL in my pants. My shirts are still a bigger size cause of my boobs..... But other than that, that is how my weekend was. Back to school tomorrow, and my first test....Wish me luck, although I am confident that I will get a good score.

Dineen, I have worn a new outfit everyday last week. I really love the sweaters. I never owned sweaters before for I was always so hot. After surgery I need them. Thanks a million. Being an obese child I never had hand me downs. I am proud of my hand me downs and will surely pass them on. I wear them with pride!!! See you lighter. Joanne
