I am 6 lbs from the century club, and I have been for about 3 weeks now. I've upped my fluid intake and my exercise and I still can't break the plateau I'm on. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you handle it? I'm also feeling like I can eat a lot more food that I should be able to at 6 months out. Last night for dinner I had 2 ounces of roast beef, 1 ounce of potatoes and one ounce of peas...should I be able to eat that much?

They say that about 1 year out you should be able to eat about 8 oz. You're at 6 months out and your total meal that you posted was only about 4oz. You're doing just fine. Give this plateu a chance to work out on it's own. You've lost so much weight so quickly your body just needs a chance to catch up. Keep up with the liquids, protein, and vitamins. You'll see results soon.

Joni, I had a problem too but I really increased my water and it started to come off again. Good luck! Kathleen
