Hey People. I Just want to share some good news on my part. I went to See Dr Irgau. last week and ran in to Ken in the office. It was good seeing him and he looks great and is melting away .
I am down 124lbs now. And feeling great.
great to hear about you leonard and from the pics i seen you look amazing congrats on the weight loss i would like to be able to see you sometime i have not lost as much as you and kenn but i am trying hope to see you soon your friend vickie
