HEY YA ALL,HOW'S IT GOING SUPER I HOPE.WELL YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALOT BUT I THINK OF OTHERS THAT ARE WORSE OFF THEN ME AND I TRY TO BE THERE FOR THEM KNOW MATTER HOW I'M FEELING BECAUSE I FEEL EVERYONE NEEDS SUPPORT OF SOME KIND OR UP LIFTING,OR ENCOURAGEMENT,OR WHATEVER IT MAY BE I LOOK OUT FOR OTHERS,IT'S IN ME DEEP AND I LOVE GIVING,BUT I ALSO DO THINK OF MYSELF TOO,I KNOW SOME OF YOU FEEL I NEED TO SLOW DOWN BUT WHERE I HAVE COME FROM AND TO WHERE I AM AT NOW I AM TRUELY BLEST.9 MONTHS AGO I COULD HARDLY WALK AND I WAS ALWAYS TIRED AND I SPENT MY TIME ON THE COUCH,BOY THAT WASN'T A LIFE.I KNEW WHEN I HAD THIS SURGERY THERE WOULD BE ROAD BLOCKS IN THE ROAD BUT STILL BEATS WHERE I WAS 9 MONTHS AGO AND 115 POUNDS LIGHTER AND I AM HEALTHIER AND LESS MEDICINE TO TAKE.AND THIS IS WHY I ASK IF YOU NEED ANYTHING OR WHATEVER IT MAY BE I'M THERE.AND YES I'M A FIGHTER AND I DON'T SIT BACK AND TAKE THINGS LIKE I DID BEFORE.I'M A NEW ME.IF YOU NEED A ANGEL PLEASE ASK FOR ONE OR IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN MIND ASK THEM,POST FOR ONE.I AM HERE FOR THE ONES I PROMISE TO BE THERE ANGEL I'M HERE AND READY.PLEASE KEEP THIS LITTLE BOARD A HOPPING WITH POST AND PLEASE SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER.I FEEL GREATTTTTTTTTTTT LIKE TONY THE TIGER LMAO,BUT YES I'M STILL HEALING BUT I DO HAVE LOVE AND 2 OPEN ARMS TO SUPPORT YOU.EVERYONE I'M COUNTING ON YOU TO HELP KEEP THIS BOARD HOPPING WITH POST AND NEWBIES WELCOME AND FEEL FREE TO POST ANYTIME AND THIS BOARD IS OPEN TO ALL.TAKE CARE I LOVE YA ALL LOVE BONNIE

Welcome Back Bonnie, I have work, then a Granny visit (very hard to do these days) and home to go to sleep....Its a long ride over and longer ride back. I think I would rather go to the gym. Bouncing between pounds these days....Blasted carbs! I am back on the protein wagon today! Enough of the whines....enjoy the day and appreciate the losses you have. One day you will level off and have to work even harder to get one pound off. Although its hard work but it makes you feel good. Debbie

Welcome Home! I'm at work. Got a meeting later this morning then finishing up a proposal for our Houston Office. I start my Advertising class tonight so I won't get home till 10.

Hi Bonnie, It sure is good to see you back doing roll call again! You are a wonderful person, you and your daughter, and I am glad you are both feeling better. We need to plan a get together, let me know when you are feeling up to it. Today is a good day, so far, work is easy. Tonight, I need to stay home and get caught up on laundry, it's strange, I work in a VA Laundry and hate to go home and do my own. Go figure!!!!! I really need to get to the tanning bed, I am soooooo cold, and going really warms me up. Well, thats about it, everyone have a great hump day!!!!! Dana

Hey Bonnie or are we calling you Tony the Tiger now I am here, tired of staying home and tired of being cold. My daughter is still sick, she has been running a fever since Sunday. I took her to the dr yesterday but he can't find anything wrong with her. He said it is most likely a upper respiratory virus. I am just tired of her always having a fever. It worries me. Of course, wouldn't you know it, when we went to the dr yesterday, her fever was down. It was the motrin keeping it down though. Anyway, say a little prayer for Chloe that she will be well soon. Tony, It is so nice to see roll call started by you. When I first started posting you were the first name I saw. You were so sadly missed. Your up beat additude and personally just lifts everyone up with you.I have to tell you, you inspire me so much. Bonnie you deserve an award for how much you give to others. Every Chrismas I tell people don't give me things that money bought, give me your time. I think time is so much more valuable. You give yours freely. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Hey MoM!!! Great to see you back in the swing of things! I'm at work right now, on my lunch break, not allowed on the computer for non work purposes during work hours LOL... oh well And to those who didn't know, she really does think of others, she was admitted to the hosp while I was still there and broke out of her room (and floor) to come visit me in mine! I never would have known she was in the hospital otherwise! Hugs mom, I'm sorry I don't type much anymore, but I work (almost full time) now and I'm trying hard to get my house caught up from the time away for the hospital (laundry laundry everywhere) HUGGLES! Hello all! Well, first of all, I want to thank ALL of you for being there. It's nice to have a Delaware group to chat with. The bulletin board on my surgeon's web site has been pretty silent lately. It's a good day today. I'm happy, feeling pretty good, and it's NOT RAINING! I'm going to do my lunch time walk after I finish posting this. It will be good to get outside and see daylight (I work in a building with no windows). Everyone have a great mid-week! I'm going to do my little walk! Later, Jean

Well Now you see what I am talking about with everyone posting when you post ROLL CALL............puts mine to shame Well I am here, went and got my haircut hubby not going to like it because it is a little shorter than normal, oh well it needed it. Otherwise, I have not really did anything much. My arm hurts like heaven boy sometimes I could just cry mostly at night with the crying part. But even now it still hurts. It is also bruised from wrist to middle of arm. I go see the dr. on Monday, so we shall see. I did not think it was going to hurt this much. Anyway, BONNIE I am so glad that you feel better. I will still keep Vickie in prayers. Christie
