My semi Wow Moment

Howdy All, I had myself a lil' wow moment....I went to the GoodSWill and I actually found clothes that FIT!! That's a huge deal, never b4 has that happened, I used to go and just buy the home decore stuff but now...LOOK OUT Good Will..........LOL -Christina P.S Is this ever happened to anyone else, I have found jeans in many different sizes and designers and they all seem to be fitting so I have no idea what size I actually am right now. I can fit a , fashion bug LA Blues (old pair) size 28 (comfortably) then a size 26 from Lane Bryant flared leg, maybe relaxed WAY TO BIG-gotta have my belt on, or the world will get a new view. lol a size 20 in Ralph Lauren (found at the good will) a lil' snuggish, striaght cut a size 20 in a brand I never heard of (found at the goodwill), but super cute, they are called zoey and beth. They are flaired leg, but tight cut, to show your curves, they are a lil snug, right now too Where could I go to get a true measurement, and do I really wanna know? Maybe some brands just run big.......like bras..*****ally knows their size, every company is different.

Christina, Hon your right I also would tend to only look at home decore stuff to in goodwill and thrift stores.But now as my pants are getting a bit baggy, I find that when something comes up and I need something that fits I will go to my trusty Goodwill and sure enough they help me pull it off. After all I have found it doesn't have to be brand new to make you feel new! although they have new also to put a smile on your face. Yes just like you I have found diffrent designers patterns are cut diffrent. I must always try on. Catalog clothes shopping would never work for me.Sounds like you found some pretty nice stuff WHOOOO HOOOO! Glad for ya hon. Now we will get some walking in get healthy loose weight and wipe out the Goodwills skinny girls section. Skinny girls watch out we are headed to a Goodwill near you Ha-HA! Debbie R.

Good morning Christina!!!!!! I know how you feel...I brought a dress at the Catholic Thrift shop.....a size 16.....great way from a size 30....it fit and I felt so good....yes it was truly a wow moment for me too!!!!!! have a bless day..Gail

Christina, that is so cool. What Goodwill's do you guys go to? I know about the one in Middletown, and the Thrift Store in Stanton, and the Salvation Army on S. Market (Rt 13) coming out of the city. Dianne

there is a goodwill on kirkwood highway close to kohls and their is one on elkton road in the shopping center where the rite aid is and their is one in fox run shopping center

Thanks Vickie, I didn't know there was one in fox run, I go to the others. I will have to check it out. The last time I was at the one on Kirkwood, I went to find a coat and bought 3 pairs of jeans and a top.
