Hi all. I am 3 weeks pre op but I have been working hard to drop some weight before surgery...I met with the nutritionist on Septembr 19 and weighed 424. On October 1st ( at my first PMRI session ) i weighed in at 415.5, and on this past Saturday ( 15th ) I weighed in at 403. That works to be a grand total of 21 pounds in about a months time and 12.5 pounds over the last two weeks. . As you can image that really made my day on Saturday. Lew

Lew, That is wonderful news! Good Work! Everything you lose now as a pre-op only helps to make things easier to get to goal as a post op. Keep it up! You are learning great habits that will serve you well in the coming months! I didn't lose much pre-op ... I was a slave to the last meal syndrome! OUCH ... it came back to bite me. Be very proud of your accomplishment!!! Best wishes with your surgery! Tammy

Hey ya Dee!!! While I am technically "Bikini bound" ... man oh man it is going to be one long journey via tummy tuck lane to get there!!! So at this point ... I am not even close to that particular goal. But I am still trodding along! My computer crashed ... so I am not online hardly ever anymore. Oh sigh ... But with that comes a lot more time to run and play and trust me .. I sure have been doing that!!! So, how have you been?
