Healthy Beginnings Meeting
Thanks Kim. The meeting is as great as those attending. Each month we get more new folks that come. This is what is so awesome. Each person's journey has been different and yet so many of us have experienced the same things. I have been doing a journal for years. Gosh to look back and see how far I've come and how many new friends I've made along the way is just amazing. No a Miracle.

Pumpkin Pudding:
1 box of Jello white chocolate instant sugar free pudding
2 cups of Carb countdown skim milk
1 small 16oz can of pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (your choice cinnamon, nutmeg)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowel and serve.
(Lil redi-whip on top if you like.)
protein = 17 grams for 1 cup
Pistachio pudding
1 box Jello pistachio instant sugar free pudding
1 cup of Carb countdown skim milk
16 oz skim ricotta cheese
(lil redi-whip on top if you like)
protein = 25 grams for 1 cup
