Update on pain

Hi All: I wanted to thank everyone for your replies to my post of pain. Well, I did call Dr. Irgau and he feels it is probally an Ulcer. He has put me on some medication and will be scheduling an Endoscopy. So hopefully I will be able to eat again once I start the meds. I will pick them up after work today. I am sort of bummed, I went 10 months with no complications. Still losing 135 lbs, it is worth it..... Joy

Hi Joy, when I first read your other post I was going to say that it sounded like an ulcer. I had one but my pains were in my stomach and I could not eat or drink anything. I wish you luck with your EGD. Keep us posted. Christie

Good, I'm glad you called them. Hopefully that is all it is. Ulcers are very easily treated. I pretty much expect to get one. That way if I don't I'll be plesantly surprised. Let us know what happens.
