Hello everyone, how are you on this yucky but well needed rainy morning? I am doing well, I still need to get more protein in, but I can not do the protein powders which leaves food or the Isopure, and sometimes the Isopure leaves a nasty film in my mouth (can anyone help me with that). Otherwise, I went to pick up my sons prescription and then I was off to ShopRite. Now I am home and not planning on going back out because of the weather. I feel sorry for you Robyn, for those of you that don't know Robyn was scheduled to go to the Phila. Zoo today... I wished the sun for you but sorry Well, I am off to do some other things on the computer so PLEASE POST!!!!!!!!!! Christie

Hello Christie and everyone else, I am sitting here at work watching the rain fall and the cars go by on Kirkwood Hwy. Also doing an internet course for Mexico. When I pass this course I will get to go to Mexico for free just like I am going Hawaii in 2 weeks. Other then that nothing exciting going on here. I went to my son's h.s. varsity football game where he is their unofficial waterboy since he is on the freshmen team and watched them in the pouring rain get their butts kicked by Middletown. Middletown definately has the team to beat this year. Oh well back to work for me. Stay dry everyone. Deanna

Hi all, I'm checking in from Rehobeth. It is raining here too. I need to go to Super G to catch the good buys this week but I really wish I went yesterday. In a few I will dash out in the rain and get it done. I had a very boring day at work and feel really lazy now. Got to get myself motivated for I have dinner to cook and exercizing to do yet. T.V. only puts me to sleep. My kids really laugh about that still to this day. Hopefully next weekend will be better weather wise for I am off. Hope all has a good weekend and stay dry. See all lighter. Joanne

What a crappy day...I know we need the rain, but not all at once. I spend most of the day shopping and cooking at my Temple getting ready for a 5k race we sponsor for ALS. We are expecting 400 people to run/walk tomorrow. We then feed them a whole meal when they get back. If anyone is interested it will be at Temple Beth El on Possum Park Road in Newark. The race starts at 12:30. Have a great weekend. Ellen
