Okay, kinda gross post-op question...

I'm 5 weeks out, you all know that already, but what you might not know is that I have IBS and with it go from constipation to loose and back again at the blink of an eye. Well, when I'm constipated I have found that I can't eat or drink without wanting to vomit. Until I have finally purged my system, evrything hurts, water to solids. Is this common? I'm getting annoyed here!!! HUGS Rachel

Rachel, I do not have IBS, but, when I first started on the solids I had the same problem. I really don't think anything is uncommon. If you want to know for sure.........there are some nice people at CHRIAS who could really answer your question. Good Luck!

Thanks Kevin, I don't know why I don't think to call CHRIAS when they're the experts... duh!! Blonde moment here (and yes, under the hair dye I am blonde). At least I'm not the only one who's had this problem... I'll try to reach someone tomorrow. HUGS Rachel
