Off to Africa

Hello everyone, Haven't posted for a while, things have been real busy. Have been doing alot of travel this past month, but today is the BIG ONE. I'm off to Nigeria to visit my daughter who lives there. I'll be gone for 10 days and even without the WLS the food is not up to my tastebuds. So pray for me. I've taken lots of protein, beans etc. And my daughter does cook pretty much American style so I can avoid the things I don't like. Plus everyone is aware that I had the surgery so it should go well. I just don't want to get sick over there. So keep me in prayer. God is so good and I love reading all of your posts even if I don't get a chance to post myself. Still maintaining and haven't lost anything more, but certainly enjoying life to the fullest. Hope to see you all at the meetings in November. God bless, Mama

Enjoy the trip and the family get together. One day I will get over to Capetown....Its that long plane ride I am not crazy about. I have missed you! Debbie
