Question for all with the hernia thingy?

Sometimes when I eat my stomach makes all these noises. If I put my hand where the hernia is I can feel it move when I hear the noises. Are the noises in your stomach or your pouch? I am not crazy!!! I AM NOT CRAZY!!!!!! This is for real. Anyone else experience this? Please answer !!! I hate to call the Dr and ask. I really feel like they will think I have lost my mind. See all lighter. Joanne

Don't have a hernia but Woo Boy! Does my pouch, old stomach and intestines make all kinds of noises!!!! Hubby laughs at me. Says it sounds like I have a choo choo train going thru me every time I eat or drink! I can actually hear my old stomach release the digestive juices. Sounds like a little gush. I gurgle constantly (of so it feels like I do). No pain, just the symphony! I don't think you need to worry unless it's accompanied by some pain. Mention it at your next appointment if you're really woried about it. Dee

Dee, I'm not really worried but I do want to know what is behind it. I thought it was your old stomach that does the digested juice thing but I really don't know. Just seems funny I feel it thru my skin on the hernia. I'm not worried about the hernia because that is my free ticket to a T/T down the road. Shame I can't get one on my arms or leggs. LOL. My hernia is in my belly button, the only thing I notice is when I am lifting something heavy, I can feel it pulling. I do have many noises in my stomach. Don't be afraid to ask questions. If it keeps up, you might want to call and ask. Take care, Dana
