Team Gastric rolls out on Saturday...

The first Gastric Bypass cycling team in the USA takes off Saturday on the MS150 Bike to the Bay (Dover to Rehobeth and back again). Dwight and I are ready to roll... Thanks to all who have sponsored us this year by pledging to MS. Making this ride extra special, besides cycling with my brother (the cycling machine) next week is that it is two years since my surgery (Oct 6 2003). I am at goal weight and BMI, no medications, new job, and I have a brand new lease on life. Who would have thought that life is this good at 52? Delaware Rob of the Gastric Brothers... Hey Ginger, see you at the finish line...Dwight and I should be easy to find in our Team Gastric jerseys.
