Reminder that there is a Lap band support group that will meet the 1st Thursday evening, October 6th, at Concordia Lutheran Church, 3003 Silverside Road Wilmington, Delaware. 7PM to 9PM. This month's topic will be exercise. Should have guest speakers there to speak. As always everyone is welcome, especially geared for folks 6 months plus out.
