That's my goal per day and today, for the first time, I reached it! Woo hoo for me! Okay, I'm really too tired to care. Sorry I'm still MIA so often, I think of all of you and now remembering that i need to go see Bonnie on my way home from work tomorrow... would have done it sooner but have been sooooooo weak and busy. Hugs to all Rachel

Congrats on reaching that all important goal!!!! What did you do to get to get there? I know what you mean about being tired - Hang in there - somedays it's all I can do to drag my behind back into the house after work. I just make sure I take my vitamins (I've been taking 5 Flintstones instead of the 3), and it seems to help alot!!! Did you make it to the picnic? I wasn't able to attend because of obligations with my Mom, but I was thinking about everyone. Hopefully there will be other get togethers where I can meet everyone. I just talked to Bonnie, and bless her heart, she is in sooooooo much pain and they can't seem to find out what's wrong. She said the hospital was going to send her home today, but Dr. Irgau wouldn't allow it. We need to keep her in our prayers. Keep up the good work and the pounds should peel off!!!! Take care!!!! lets see here... I had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for breakfast, 8 oz protein shake (52g protein) over the course of the morning, 2oz of chicken (pureed of course) for lunch, water in the afternoon, don't remember what I had at 3 pm but it was something that wasn't thrilling and was mushy... oh right, pudding with protein powder, then for dinner ate pinto beans (no cheese), and for late dinner I had cream of asparagus soup with pureed chicken in it.... I don't remember the exact protein totals, but it was just over 100g! I was beyond full though, not sure if I can do that a second day! LOL HUGS Rachel

What 8oz shake has 52 g of protein? I'm having trouble getting in all my protein. I really don't think I can eat nearly as much as I could a month ago. I'm eating yogurt right now and I'm full after 3 spoonfulls. How is the pudding w/protein? I bought some sf pudding to try with the UF Unjury but haven't got around to making it yet.

Hi Dee, I mix a whole scoop of EAS protein powder with 4 oz of milk, so when I make a double, it's a 52g protein shake that tastes like chocolate milk... only problem is that you have to use a blender with that much protein powder to keep it from clumping. The unflavored unjury works well in sugar free pudding. at least I think so. I used the premade jello brand pudding sweetened with splenda, it mixed nicely with ½ scoop per 4 oz... HUGS Rachel
